Gary Gietz
As the son of a builder, Gary knew from an early age that construction was in his future. A childhood trip to the Hearst Castle set his course for the next 40 years: “I was mesmerized by the castle and did not want to ever leave. My imagination took flight and I knew what I was born to do.” He started his own luxury building company in 1981 and has led design and construction teams to build more than 300 award-winning luxury estates. That passion continues, joined a decade ago by his eldest son, Dallen.

The son of a third-generation builder, Dallen grew up on his father's job sites, in awe of the craftsmanship that went into the homes. He was educated in operational systems and advanced database implementation, and shaped by service work with Nordstrom and Ritz-Carlton. He brings that high-touch client experience together with modern construction systems so Gietz Luxury Estates runs with the discipline of a contemporary practice.
